Oleg Gutsol is a Canadian software developer and entrepreneur, founder of Consensus and a partner at O2 Ventures. Currently, Oleg serves as a Head of Global Growth of E-Residency program of the Government of Estonia. Previously, Oleg was a co-founder and CEO of 500px, a photography social network, and a content licensing marketplace for photographers, serving over 10 million of users globally.

Oleg has been writing code since early age and studied computer science at Ryerson University in Toronto. Currently, his professional focus is on distributed systems, artificial intelligence, and e-government. Additionally, Oleg is a former advisor to Founder Institute, an angel investor and an Ironman triathlete. Currently he resides in Estonia.
