Oleg Gutsol is a Canadian software developer and entrepreneur, founder of Consensus and a partner at O2 Ventures. Currently, Oleg serves as a Head of Global Growth of E-Residency program of the Government of Estonia. Previously, Oleg was a co-founder and CEO of 500px, a photography social network, and a content licensing marketplace for photographers, serving over 10 million of users globally.

Oleg has been writing software starting at age 9 and studied computer science at Ryerson University in Toronto. Currently, his professional focus is on machine learning, artificial intelligence, smart cities and electronic government. Additionally, Oleg is an advisor to Founder Institute, an angel investor and an Ironman triathlete.
